Louisiana Roasting Company, the Shreveport, Louisiana, Organic and Fair Trade coffee
roasting company, supports the Shreveport Green Expo held at the Shreveport Convention
Center.
Green is being a good steward of the community resources - of the big community and the
small community. It 's so important today because people are trying to stretch their money.
The Green Expo offers residents chances to brush up on ecocentric consumer products and
practices and get educated on conservation task incentives and sustainable land use.
This years expo included about 115 booths featuring Earth-Friendly products. The Expo
highlighted all things green. To include the Louisiana Roasting Companies organic coffees.
We are proud to support the community and offer our locally roasted, packaged, distributed
organic and fair trade coffees. It is important to have Organic and Fair Trade product
options available to people, and since we have the opportunity to provide it here we're
grabbing it.
Nancy Kirby, Director of Creative Services and part owner of Louisiana Roasting Company
