Hey Y'all, it sure has been a busy and exciting time for all of us here at Louisiana Roasting
Company. We have bought and moved the company to Louisiana and became Cajun
Certified. This symbol is a privilege granted by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and
Forestry and acknowledges that all our products are packaged and processed in Louisiana.
We’ve been working on some delicious new coffee blends in support of our Trois Bleu Lines of
coffees. We create blends then test it on a select market for the region. If the blend is
received well we add it to our offering.
For those "True Blue" followers, we have remained good friends with the True Blue Roasters in
West Virginia and plan to stay the course with their fine blends of coffees. I hope they will
be proud of their products for a long time to come.
Finally, I hope to keep in contact with all of you and welcome any ideas you may have for
our coffees. We appreciate all of you who take the time to read this, and want to thank all
of you. We couldn’t and we wouldn't do this without you. Continue to contact us and
give us your feedback, suggestions, comments, even complaints. We want to hear what
you have to say.”
